The Marina at Kawara Beach is an urban concept designed to revolutionize boating docks. The idea fuses high quality modern private living with the proximity of sea-side luxuries. Sustainablity plays a big part in the project. The public spaces are solar-powered and use a gray water system as part of a plan to build the project as energy efficient as possible.
